Breakfast - Hot water with lemon, and baked potato with guacamole
Lunch - Same salad as the past few days with guacamole added for a healthy fat and flavor boost.
Dinner - Chili. Too hot chili that i could barely eat. Simple ground beef with tomatoes, jalapenos, chili seasonings, cooked on low for a few hours, and then baby spinach and bell pepper added for veggies.
Feeling - Motivated and happy. (Phew!). I don't feel like giving up. that's a huge plus!
