September 2014 - Whole30 Day 2

September 2, 2014

Breakfast - Water. Apple and clementine. Was running late for a conference call and didn't take time to prepare food. I also, honestly, wasn't hungry. Which isn't ideal, but it's truthful. 

Lunch - Same lunch as yesterday. So delicious. Mixed spring greens with baby spinach, chopped red and yellow bell pepper, yellow cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil, sea salt, mrs. dash, and Costco sliced beef.





Dinner - Leftover grilled chicken and bell peppers from Day 1 yesterday. Also a baked potato with ghee and sea salt. It tasted so decadent.

Feeling - Motivated. Simple as that.
