September 2014 - Whole30 Day 17

Wednesday Whole30 Day 17


Today was not a stellar day. My 2 year old, Grady, slept through the night, and I slept pretty hard as well, but we still all struggled with waking up in the morning. Today was definitey not an ideal Whole30 day, but it was compliant.

Breakfast - Banana and handful of almonds.

Lunch - One leftover pork rib with baked tomatoes, and a plum.

Afternoon at the corporate office multitasking like a pro. I drank black hot chai tea and avoided the coffee and 8 different flavors of Coffeemate creamer. My weakness. A year ago I would have had 2 or 3 (or 6) coffees in one day with 3-4 creamers in each coffee. Talk about sugar overload and adrenal fatigue...

Dinner was 3 mini bell peppers stuffed with tuna, and leftover chili (which had spinach and bell pepper mixed in). Not very exciting. But clean and compliant.

And now time for bed. EXHAUSTED.
