Whole30 Day 3

Barely woke up to the alarm today, but had a fun day at the swim park. Fruit for breakfast.

Grady enjoyed the watermelon cherry orange Popsicles.


Lunch was leftover salad from dinner last night, cherries, and iced coffee made with cinnamon and homemade almond milk.

Dinner was more leftover salad plus a couple Applegate hotdogs. I also made a vinaigrette with olive oil, pomegranate vinegar and sea salt. I can see making versions of this salad a lot. I really like having all the salad mixing chopped small.
