Whole 30 Day 1, Take 3×

I keep starting over, and over. I know it's better than quitting, but I truly wish that I could make it through a full 30 days without distractions and giving in to convenient non-compliant foods.

I'm not exactly starting off on the ground running this time. After traveling last week and having visitors this week, I haven't been able to plan and shop. In fact, my car is still loaded down with all the camping gear from last week.

Anyway, here's breakfast today.
Foglifter coffee with coconut cream and almonds. People say that the coconut cream is sweet and decadent,  but I must still be addicted to sugar because this is bitter and needs a tablespoon of sugar.
